These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of synerainnovations.com and any purchase you make from SynEra Innovations LLC. ("SynEra," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site, creating an account, placing an order, or signing up for our newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Us

SynEra Innovations LLC. is a Nevada limited liability company located at 10120 S Eastern Ave, Suite 243, Henderson, Nevada 89052, United States. We sell our products directly to customers in the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to place an order or create an account. By using the site, you represent that you are eighteen or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, write to us immediately at info@synerainnovations.com.

We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, attempts to defraud us or other customers, or otherwise abuses the site or our products. We will tell you why.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we charge your payment method and send you an order confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or cancel your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock issues.

All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping unless stated. We collect sales tax where required by law.

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We do not see or store your full card number.

Subscribe & Save

If you choose to start a subscription, you authorize us (and our subscription provider, Appstle) to automatically charge your saved payment method for each renewal at the price and delivery schedule shown at checkout. You can pause, skip, change delivery schedule, change shipping address, or cancel any time from your account dashboard.

Active subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel. We will email you a reminder before each renewal. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge up to three times over seven days before pausing the subscription.

Subscription discounts (10% off) apply only to active subscription deliveries and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or transferable to one-time purchases.

Product Information and Cosmetic Claims

We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately, including their ingredients, intended use, and how they perform. Our claims describe how each product is designed to look and feel on the skin. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. We strongly recommend a patch test on the inside of the wrist before first full application. If you experience a reaction, stop use immediately and write to info@synerainnovations.com. Intellectual Property

The site and everything on it (text, photography, illustrations, code, design, the SynEra name and logo, and our product names) is owned by SynEra Innovations LLC. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as required for personal, non-commercial use of the site.

If you believe any content on the site infringes your copyright, write to us at info@synerainnovations.com with the details described in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and we will respond promptly.

Customer Content and Reviews

When you submit a review, leave a comment, post a photo of our products on social media tagging us, or otherwise share content publicly that mentions or features SynEra ("Customer Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in our marketing (including on the site, in emails, and on social media), with attribution to your handle or first name where appropriate.

You can revoke this license for any specific piece of content at any time by writing to us at info@synerainnovations.com. We will remove the content from places we control within thirty days.

You are responsible for the Customer Content you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or that you do not have the right to share.

Newsletter and Marketing

If you sign up for our newsletter, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer-service replies are not marketing emails and will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that our products will produce any specific cosmetic result for you. Individual results vary based on skin type, age, lifestyle, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynEra Innovations LLC. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site or our products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynEra Innovations LLC. from and against any claim, loss, liability, demand, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First

Most disputes can be resolved by writing to info@synerainnovations.com. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to write to us first and give us thirty days to respond and try to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and SynEra agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of the site, or our products will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Clark County, Nevada, or, at your election, in the county where you live, or by phone or videoconference.

The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You and SynEra agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Neither you nor SynEra may bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against the other.

Exceptions

Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies and is brought on an individual basis. Either party may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

Opt Out of Arbitration

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class action waiver by writing to info@synerainnovations.com within thirty days of the date you first agreed to these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your full name, the email address you used to create your account, and a clear statement that you are opting out.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, any court action permitted by these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we change how a feature works, when laws change, or when we add a new policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent change.

For meaningful changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the homepage for at least thirty days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynEra regarding your use of the site and our products, and they supersede any prior agreement or understanding on the same subject.
